New Trustees Elected – Updated 5/7/22
The International Board of Trustees recently held an election to select a new Trustee to fill the vacancy on the Board due to the retirement of Dr. Patricia Mathess for health-related reasons. Dr. Susan LaFergola, member of the IDMR Los Angeles Branch and International Corporate Status Secretary, was elected as Trustee. The International Board of Trustees wholeheartedly welcomes Dr. LaFergola to the Board and thanks Dr. Patricia Mathess for her years of service.
The International Board of Trustees recently held an election to select a new Trustee to fill the vacancy on the Board due to the demise of Dr. Fred Allen. Jr. Dr. Cargel Stewart, Dean of the IDMR Toronto Canada Branch, was elected as Trustee. The International Board of Trustees wholeheartedly welcomes him to the Board.
New IDMR International Secretary
The International Board of Trustees held an election to select a new Secretary due to the retirement of Dr. Marion Harris from the Office of Secretary. The results of the election were announced at the September meeting of the International Board of Trustees held on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Dr. Deborah Sharp was elected as the new International Secretary of the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research. The Board wholeheartedly welcomed Dr. Sharp to her new position.
New IDMR International Treasurer
Due to the retirement of Dr. Marion Farley from the Office of Treasurer of the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research, the International Board of Trustees recently held an election to select a new Treasurer. Dr. Farley stated that it has been an honor to serve as International Treasurer for 36 years. He will retain his position as Trustee. The results of the election were announced at the July meeting of the International Board of Trustees held on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Dr. Joseph Lafergola was elected as the new International Treasurer of the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research. The Board wholeheartedly welcomed Dr. Lafergola to his new position and thanked Dr. Farley for his years of service.

Prior to making plans to visit ANY IDMR Branch School, please check the Branch Schedule Updates at the bottom of the News Page to ensure that class is being held and to ensure there are no visitation restrictions. Also, please contact the branch directly in advance to make them aware of your plans to visit, to verify the current class schedule and to obtain any COVID-19 related protocols. Some branches are temporarily closed due to COVID-19 restrictions and many branches are unable to accommodate visitors at this time due to social distancing requirements.

TORNADOES IN THE SOUTHERN UNITED STATES
There have been many tornadoes this week in the Southern part of the United States. Information currently available to International Headquarters indicates that IDMR members in the affected states are doing fine. Posted on 12/1/22.
As of Saturday, October 1, 2022, information available to International Headquarters indicates that IDMR members in Florida and those in the path of Hurricane Ian along the Eastern Seaboard are doing fine. Updates will be provided if necessary.

It is the desire of the International Dean that all IDMR members have access to the MP3’s and MP4’s.
